This leadership model examines the structural complexity of navigating events that are ambiguous and uncertain in any context and will deepen your understanding of organizational leadership challenges and strategic decision-making during times of crisis. The function of crisis leaders is to solve problems and make decisions. Therefore, when confronted with an organizational crisis, the primary goal of effective leaders is to resolve the crisis and get back to "business as usual" as quickly as possible.
