Executive Communication 101 is arranged around five core topics:Know what matters most- Trust me: TLDR is a myth (I share what really matters). - Leverage the brain science (Do you wonder why you read some communication and quickly close others? Think about this for you, but also for your audience.)- Make it easy to read, regardless of your communication format. It's the messaging that matters most. The format is secondary.Get the basics right - Write like you speak at work - Keep it active - Delete, delete, deleteUnderstand your stakeholders- Understand what all audiences need. Learn a framework for analysing your stakeholders so you understand who they really are.- Know what is special about senior leaders and boards.
